I was contacted to my complete surprise out of the blue by a firm of solicitors concerning a property I had previously had an ownership interest in many many years ago which I believed I had amicably gifted ownership to a former partner. The current owners wanted to sell the property but due to an historical over site my name still appeared on the deeds. Bridge McFarland resolved the matter very professionally and efficiently on my behalf minimising the worry and stress from an old relationship which had ended many years ago.

We have to put on record that we would recommend Pepperells Solicitors to everyone, everytime. Three generations of our families have used this company for many, many years going back to Mr. Jarratt in the Ivesons days. We, personally, have bought four houses using them. Sold seven properties using Pepperells. All our families Wills, Power of Attorneys, etc., have been processed/dealt with through Pepperells.
