My mum recently sold her home and purchased a new property following the death of my dad. At 88 years old, it was naturally a daunting process for her, but our solicitor made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. From the very beginning, he was reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly established that I could act on my mum's behalf where appropriate, which made communication much easier and gave my mum real peace of mind. His communication throughout was exceptional. He responded promptly to emails and telephone calls, always knew exactly where we were in the process, and provided clear, practical advice whenever it was needed. We never felt we had to chase for updates or wonder what was happening. Most importantly, we always felt that our interests were being looked after. His professionalism, knowledge and calm approach gave us confidence throughout the transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solicitor and would happily use his services again. A thoroughly deserved 5 out of 5.

I was contacted to my complete surprise out of the blue by a firm of solicitors concerning a property I had previously had an ownership interest in many many years ago which I believed I had amicably gifted ownership to a former partner. The current owners wanted to sell the property but due to an historical over site my name still appeared on the deeds. Bridge McFarland resolved the matter very professionally and efficiently on my behalf minimising the worry and stress from an old relationship which had ended many years ago.

We have to put on record that we would recommend Pepperells Solicitors to everyone, everytime. Three generations of our families have used this company for many, many years going back to Mr. Jarratt in the Ivesons days. We, personally, have bought four houses using them. Sold seven properties using Pepperells. All our families Wills, Power of Attorneys, etc., have been processed/dealt with through Pepperells. Our families Probate, through the generations, have been dealt with through Pepperells.
