Clare has worked in the legal arena since 1998 where she started as an Administration Assistant and has worked herself up to the position of Legal Assistant within the Family Department. Clare has worked in this Firm since 2001. She started as a general Secretary where she worked in all areas of law but mainly Family Law to which she took an instant liking to. In 2004 Clare started working for a Partner in the Firm as a Secretary; and now is a Legal Assistant working very closely with two of our Senior Solicitors within the Family Department; however, Clare does assist the other Partners and fee earners wherever necessary. Clare's role is to help deal with client queries; deal with Change of Name Deeds/Deed Polls either enrolled or unenrolled; and to assist generally with the day-to-day running of cases. Client care is always at the forefront of everything Clare strives to achieve within the Family Department and likes to assist clients as much as possible given they are often going through a very difficult time in their life to understand the process and put them at ease using the knowledge and experience she has gained working in the Family Law Sector for many years.
