Another fantastic experience with these local solicitors. Communication was regular, clear and timely. We have used BM services these past few years, with Josh and Bethany helping us to conveyance a number of properties. More recently, they have assisted us with the change to stamp duty rates, saving us thousands of pounds, as well as supporting us through a number of purchases that fell through. Their fee is very fair too for the high level of service received.

Excellent service
Beth was appointed with the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. I can honestly say I do not know what I would have done without her! She kept me informed at all times, explained things to me when I was unsure and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I have already recommended Beth and the rest of her team to friends and family.

Great service
Bethany Langley at Bridge McFarland has acted as our solicitor on several occasions over the last few years for our residential property purchases. Property completion
Debbie and Bethany have done an excellent job at helping me complete on my first house purchase. I have been on quite a journey with two previous properties falling through and the team have been incredibly patient, helpful and reassuring throughout the process.
Both ladies are very professional and approachable and always ready to take one through the entire purchase process smoothly. The advice given was always timely with the team responding quickly to any of my queries.
Would highly recommend!

Great experience
As landlords we have been working with Bethany Langley on numerous occasions over the last 5 years and we have always been very happy with the way she has dealt with the purchase and sale of our properties. She has dealt with all our cases in a professional but very approachable manner. She is therefore our go-to solicitor in the area.

Very professional and delighted with the service provided.
From Day one, Bethany and her colleagues explained each stage of the process of buying and what was expected of me. If I had any queries they would answer them. They were always very proactive and had excellent communication. Their advice was very clear and they were friendly. If Bethany was not available one of her colleagues knew the case so was able to help without any issues.
