The staff and solicitors at Robyns Owen Law had managed to get our incredibly challenging house purchase over the line 3 days before the mortgage application expired. Gilly, Sarah and Alison all helped us and spoke to us on a weekly basis, even when there wasn't much we could do. (The seller's solicitor and sellers had really held things up and made things more complicated than needed!). Even though we now have the house, Gilly is continuing to work on our case to clear a few things up and is going above and beyond the expected! We are very thankful! great service and we would highly recommend!

We have used Franklins Law for selling and buying property and the service we have received is always 5 stars. A very stressful process was eased, with regular communication and professionalism. Jasmine who was heavy involved in the purchase of our property, was fantastic. She was always quick to reply to my emails and constantly updated us with relevant information, something I personally found so helpful throughout the process. We will definitely use Franklins Law again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone selling and buying a house.
