I would highly recommend Forbes Solicitors in Blackburn. Their service was exceptional. Kathryn Lofthouse kept me updated on any progress and all in all I would definitely use their services again in the future

I found Shahar to be extremely helpful and professional. Communication via email or phone was also very good, which in my experience isn’t always the case with solicitors. Thank you for your service. I would highly recommend and will use his services again in the future. Many thanks Monica

Highly professional level of service, clear explanation when requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin Tolhurst Solicitors

This was a very straight-forward sale of a property and Brindley Twist Tafft and James were professional, and prompt in doing the necessary conveyancing on my behalf. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend!!We cannot thank Faye enough for all her help on quite a few cases. Very good communication, very professional and responsive. We’ll definitely use Blacks again. Excellent service!! Thank you

The whole conveyancing process went smoothly and my solicitor was very patient explaining each stage in the procedure. I would highly recommend this company.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

Rachael has been brilliant from start to finish throughout our whole process. She provided regular updates, explanations and advice.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

Rather slow. Easy to contact her secretary but very little direct contact. Lease extension form completed and sent for official approval,. Can’t give full report until I receive final approval.
