Daniel Evans at Devonalds Church Village was the solicitor we used for the purchase of our first home. Although a stressful life experience, Daniel helpfully chased responses and reports for us in a timely way, explained what we needed explaining, and when we hit a snag with some of the issues with our home he worked to ensure these would not cause us any issues or stress in the future. The whole team were responsive and friendly, their professionalism not wavering even though we were very much on their tail. The Devonalds app also made communications easy, and is a huge plus point to using Devonalds. Thank you very much for the experience we have had - it was fantastic. Megan & Nick Kyte

The team are very helpful but I did find I had to do a lot of chasing to get information about the progress of the case and unfortunately I had to go through the mortgage application twice as the offer had expired by the time we came to complete so this did delay the matter which I understand was partly my fault as I did not realise there was an expiry date. I am not aware of what the hold up was as I paid all of the outstanding amounts as soon as the requests were sent and any documents were signed and sent back in a timely manner so I can only assume the hold up was with the firm. Despite this, the case has now completed and I am grateful of the work that has been done and it was reassuring to me that I had people working on the case with extensive knowledge and experience with lease extensions.

Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.

I was thoroughly happy with all aspects of the house selling process. Good communication and I was kept well informed.

Recently just completed a lease extension on my property with Mark’s team at David Barney & Co. Everyone I had contact with was amazing, friendly and professional, especially when it came to all the questions I had. I was recommended them through a friend and have passed on their details again since. Top service.

I dealt with Brachers on behalf of my sister in selling her home, following her admission to a care home. It was an absolute privilege to be looked after by Karen who guided me through a frustrating sales experience and I was grateful for her guidance and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed excellent and friendly service at every stage.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

I wanted to take a moment to recommend Ashleigh Tainio-Miles for her exceptional legal services. She truly went above and beyond to help me secure a new lease, demonstrating a deep understanding of the legal process and ensuring my safety and protection throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a professional lawyer. Best regards, Haiman Ahmed
