Kyrylo assisted me throughout a lengthy and complex set of negotiations relating to a property-related dispute. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and made the process clear and easy to follow at every stage. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and understanding, and took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that gave me the confidence to move forward. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had used Kavitha for a prior house sale and purchase and recently did so again. She did not let us down. Kavitha’s experience and expertise made sure we addressed all aspects of the process thoroughly and timely. She pushed the whole chain forward, working tirelessly to obtain frequent updates and kept us informed and reassured throughout. I would 100% recommend Kavitha and her expert, professional team.

Black friars law has excellent customer service which I haven’t seen elsewhere especially the receptionist Tayba provides an outstanding service for the company and Aslam and the team helped me greatly with my matter appropriately and swiftly would absolutely recommend

Outstanding service, attentive and communicative along the way. It wasn’t the most straightforward of purchases but GD and Carole made the experience as stress free as it could be. Their attention to detail also helped to allay any fears of future issues with management fees associated with the leasehold. Thanks for all you did, we would wholeheartedly recommend you to others!

This was the 3rd attempt at purchase, in all cases very happy with the service. Appreciated for example highlighting access issue and excellent explanation of implications and possible mitigation and associated costs. The detail, keeping me informed and the professional/friendly approach is all much appreciated.
