Not a smooth process as potential purchasers changed the payment process (added in a second person offering funding) not far off completion date and then requested an earlier completion date which was inconvenient for us.

Can’t thank you guys enough you made our sale a stress free experience with all your help and support. It was a very efficient process and it has been very much appreciated 5 star service

This is the second time we have instructed Nicola and she has been brilliant each time. Nicola is quick, efficient and is speedy in her responses. One of the matters she dealt with was complex and she took this to completion quickly protecting our interests all along. Highly recommend Nicola and we will definitely be using her services again.

Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.

I found Gardner Leader to be the best solicitor's I have ever used for conveyancing. Their communication was great, and their actions were timely. The costs were slightly more expensive than others but worth paying for the superior quality of service.

Thank you it so help with bond turner team i appretiate about everthing thank you so much joshua very please obout the work .

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.
