Top 10 of 4,693 law firms for Leasehold Reform Act, Housing & Property

I did a declaration last year with Owen White . This year while doing a lease extension from another firm I got an update that there is a pending case in land registry on my property . When I called Owen white my case handler from last year was in maternity . However , I was lucky that I got connected to a very professional and talented solicitor (Shamilah), she heard me once and rest assured me that she has expedite my case . Within a week I got a completion later from land registry. Honestly, she is amazing and care about clients situation.

We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.

Throughout our process both Jaiker and Emma kept us informed and up to date via emails and calls. Great service and professional. Definitely hats off to them both on the actual day of our move, keeping us informed!! It’s our third time using Straw and Pearce Solicitors !!

What a great company to handle all my property purchases, lease extensions and will writing matters. Expert advice, professional and personalised service. You really are in safe hands with Mark Feely and his experienced team. So pleased to have been recommended to them over 10 years ago. Just completed another purchase for me in a very difficult market. Well done!

This is the third time I've tried to send this. I was very pleased and satisfied with the work undertaken by Emily and her colleages. Emily Isted was very professional, knowlegable and friendly. There was the added complications of leasehold which she dealt with efficiently and swiftly

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.
