They were our solicitors for our first home and I cannot shout their praises enpugh. The are a very speedy and friendly solicitors who definitely put their clients first. We had Lauren as our solicitor and her reply time was same day and her information and guidance thrpughout the process definitely made everything a lot easier.

From the very first conversation through to completion, the service we received from Kenny Solicitors was exceptional. We were looked after by Kelly Mitchell and Coral Armitstead, who were both fantastic throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, we were kept informed at every stage, and every email or question was dealt with quickly and professionally. There were a few additional complexities with our sale and purchase, including Help to Buy, but Kelly and Coral worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving and ensure we completed on time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt reassured that everything was under control. Buying and selling a home is a huge milestone, and thanks to their hard work, we were able to move into our forever family home without any issues. A huge thank you to Kelly, Coral and everyone else at Kenny Solicitors who helped us along the way. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a property.

Seller's solicitors very slow but suddenly declared they were ready after a month of delays . Susanna at Kenny Solicitors then made sure that exchange and completion did happen that Fri . It meant a lot to me for it to be done that day as 40 years ago my late husband and I had purchased our second home. She and her colleagues were always there at end of the phone to help and just listen to me. Their fees were reasonable and fixed . They take as much stress out of buying as possible . Needless to say they are now handling my sale of my family home of 31 years .

Sweta is my super hero! I used Kenny's around 10 years ago to buy my first home and this time round I was selling and buying. Our house went on the market, the sale took much longer than anticipated due to buyers having an awful conveyancer. Sweta persevered and remained in contact regularly with useful updates and made sure to challenge the buyers conveyancers using a great deal of common sense (which seems hard to come by these days!). Sweta was so helpful and helped to take some stress off myself and my wife during the process. Kenny's are a top quality firm at really competitive prices and with blue light discount which is a huge bonus! If I could put 10 stars on here I would! Cheers Sweta 😁

Fantastic service from the whole team but particularly Sweta. We had used Kennys around 9 years ago when buying our first home and there was no doubt about who to choose when it was time to move on. Sweta dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new property very quickly and efficiently. There were all sorts of hurdles and problems but Sweta managed to sort all of it, we didnt have to chase her. Our buyers solicitors were absolutely shocking and Sweta had a really hard time dealing with them but continued to fight our corner and remained positive and got it all sorted for us. Without her the sale would of undoubtedly fallen through, we could not be more grateful and thankful for her amazing service. Thankyou again 💛 They also do blue light discount which is a really good saving.
