Speedy and comprehensive conveyancing
I've used Gillian and Tina now for 1 sale (last year) and 1 purchase (just completed), although my family has been using them for much longer. This particular purchase was a very quick, just 8 weeks from offer to completion, which was in no small part down to the speed and efficiency with which Gillian and Tina work. They run a tight ship, covering everything thoroughly, chasing me when items are outstanding, and explaining processes etc. patiently and clearly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future conveyancing needs, and would recommend them highly.

Professional, thorough, timely, and knowlegeable
We used Kenny Solicitors for conveyancing for a new home. Communication from the firm was excellent. We were kept up to date with the progression of the purchase with clear advice and instruction on what was needed from us and when. Advice was clear, professional, and responsive. I would certainly use this firm again.

Proactive and friendly
I used Charles Hill Hubbard to sell my house. My case was managed by Gillian (Partner) and Tina (Conveyancing Assistant), and the service I received was brilliant. Both were friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to communications. They were really good at keeping me informed of the next steps and making sure they had everything they needed from us in good time, and that we had everything we needed from them in return. I will definitely be using Gillian and the team again.
