Kelly was always available, highly professional but friendly also. Selling a house can be a long drawn out process but Kelly was reassuring and it all worked out in the end!

Finally, a solicitor I can communicate with directly in BSL! Clear, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. Being able to communicate without the need for a BSL interpreter made the experience more comfortable, private, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Ceci Voight was very much on the ball. She took the instructions, asking questions with welcome clarity and drafted the will in line with those instructions. and the accompanying notes from our discussion..
