Property Sale and Lease Extension
Susanne Spurling has been amazing throughout the sale of our property, always able to advise when necessary, friendly and easy to communicate with.
We had to deal with some difficult characters, and we are so glad we had Susanne in our corner, although she must have felt like hitting her head against a brick wall at times as well.

Review for Susanne Spurling, Kennys Solicitors Arundel
We chose Susanne to act for us for the purchase of our house in Ferring on the recommendation of my wife's sister and were very pleased we had.
She was efficient and responsive and did her best to make the experience as stress free as possible.
This service contrasted dramatically with the dreadful experience with conveyancing solicitors we had on 2 previous occasions, ignoring communications from us and making lots of mistakes.
Kenny's are not the cheapest but it is well worth the small amount extra to avoid endless aggravation.
We have no reservation in recommending Susanne for any conveyancing work.
