I've used Gillian and Tina now for 1 sale (last year) and 1 purchase (just completed), although my family has been using them for much longer. This particular purchase was a very quick, just 8 weeks from offer to completion, which was in no small part down to the speed and efficiency with which Gillian and Tina work. They run a tight ship, covering everything thoroughly, chasing me when items are outstanding, and explaining processes etc. patiently and clearly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future conveyancing needs, and would recommend them highly.

Kenny's were recommended to me by my daughter who had been impressed when using them for the conveyancing on her first house purchase in 2023. Like my daughter, I found Lorna Newnham of Kenny's and her colleagues clear and straightforward to deal with and response times were rapid. The process was dealt with almost entirely over email which suited me well. She was available during business hours (although I noted that some emails were replied to outside of normal business hours). If Lorna's reply was going to be delayed due to meetings, her out of office stated this. On the one or two occasions I needed to call her, she picked up immediately.
