    I have used Kenny Solicitors previously and chose to use them again for what I thought would be a straightforward sale of my house. However, the sale proved more complicated than anticipated and, in order to secure the transaction, I ended up buying the flat at the bottom of the chain. The title to the flat was defective and we had to do a lot of work in order to perfect the title and to put us in a position where the flat could be resold without legal impediment. Susanna was professional at all times and counselled me on the management of the risks which I was taking on. I would not hesitate to use Kenny Solicitors again.

    Have used Kenny Solicitors before and would not go anywhere else now. Find the whole team honest and down to earth, and they just provide a great service & get the job done.
