I have used Kenny Solicitors previously and chose to use them again for what I thought would be a straightforward sale of my house. However, the sale proved more complicated than anticipated and, in order to secure the transaction, I ended up buying the flat at the bottom of the chain. The title to the flat was defective and we had to do a lot of work in order to perfect the title and to put us in a position where the flat could be resold without legal impediment. Susanna was professional at all times and counselled me on the management of the risks which I was taking on. I would not hesitate to use Kenny Solicitors again.

Seller's solicitors very slow but suddenly declared they were ready after a month of delays . Susanna at Kenny Solicitors then made sure that exchange and completion did happen that Fri . It meant a lot to me for it to be done that day as 40 years ago my late husband and I had purchased our second home. She and her colleagues were always there at end of the phone to help and just listen to me. Their fees were reasonable and fixed . They take as much stress out of buying as possible . Needless to say they are now handling my sale of my family home of 31 years .
