Very Professional and Excellent Service
Great communication from Susanna and such a smooth journey to buying a home.
A small change recommended by Susanna was also picked up which required Deeds of Variation and this was handled superbly well without any input from me, so I am totally grateful for it to be picked up and done without fuss.
I would totally recommend Kenny Solicitors and would definitely use them again without hesitation.

The very best.
I think I underestimated the stress of moving home, especially as I had never had the experience of both the sale and purchase happen simultaneously. I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to choose a highly experienced and extremely competent Solicitor. I'm someone who likes to do things thoroughly and efficiently and I definitely found a match in Susanna. I even sent a query I thought might be silly and she sorted it out - nothing was too much trouble and she was very approachable. On top of that Susanna is super lovely and all correspondence was a perfect balance of friendly and jargon-free but still professional. I really felt I had the very best team to guide me through a process that was bumpy at times. Quality service throughout.
