Excellent, responsive and rigorous service
Simone and the team at Kenny’s are dedicated, communicative and detailed. They’re unflappable, always clear with deadlines and expectations, and you have a sense they really care. You feel like you’re being looked after properly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

First time buyers

Honestly - the best!
I was recommended Simone by a work colleague and engaging with Simone, Lisa and Kathryn was the best decision I made! From the start the information was extremely clear in terms of pricing and the information pack. When the purchase of my new property hit a bump in the road, all of the staff at Kenny Solicitors took it in their stride and just went with it. Responsive and helpful

Efficient, helpful, went the extra mile, job done, no messing about
Kenny Solicitors dealt with the sale of our flat in Chichester. Specifically Simone Thompson was the solicitor, assisted by Lisa Pinhorn. They were both friendly, helpful and efficient. The sale was a bit tricky in parts and we were grateful for their expertise in getting the job done with minimal stress to us. We considered their fee quite reasonable. We would recommend them without reservation (particularly Simone Thompson) and would use them again should the need arise.

Brilliant service for house purchase
From the beginning of the process, Simone & Lisa were extremely responsive. The initial paperwork was very informative and easy to understand. The process was so efficient, we couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you both.

Sold my house at auction
I was very pleased with the service from Kenny's. They prepared the legal pack before the auction and were able to complete the sale in the 4-week deadline that was required for a very reasonable fixed fee. The process for me was very easy with great communication from Lisa (who works with Simone) throughout. I'd highly recommend them.
