Sophie successfully conveyed my late mother’s leasehold retirement apartment - in a block managed by an agent - for me and a co-executor. We were pleased with the good professional service and advice provided at a reasonable price. (Mainly) digital document transfer and correspondence by email worked well for us as neither I nor the co-executor live in Chichester. Communication was usually clear and Sophie’s availability reasonably good. Thank you. Would recommend.

Excellent service
Sophie and then Sara steered us through a difficult house move which took 10 months. They were timely and always available for advice. We came to rely on them when some of the other parties were not always straightforward. The fact that conveyancing now seems to be carried out by email was not the problem we thought it might be.

Amazing!
I am overwhelmed how amazing this firm is, especially Sophie English, she is an absolute superstar! Nothing was ever too much for her, was always on hand for help and advice and kept us updated every step of the way!
She was professional, efficient and got the job done, all whilst being so lovely and understanding!
She really is a shining example of what true customer service and satisfaction is and I wish all conveyancers were at least half as good as she is!
You are incredible and such an asset to Kenny's and I cannot thank you enough!!

Quick and accurate, leading to a swift exchange
We were able to Exchange within 8 weeks. Part of this was due to the excellent working practices of Sophie English at Kennys. Everything was turned around on the same day. A TA5 query from our buyer arrived with her, came to me within 2 hours, was sent back same day and then back to the buyer's solicitor on the same day as well. Lots of good communications as well on what will happen next, at various stages in the process.
A great digital process, but you can pick up the phone and talk as well if you need to,
