Highly recommended
We used Kenny Solicitors for the sale and purchase of a new home. They were superb and I would highlight Lorna Newnham in particular. She is undoubtedly hugely knowledgable on the conveyancing requirements but her super powers are her constant drive to keep things moving forward and her ability to explain complex situations with clarity so you are left confident that you are making a well informed decision where it is required. I have already recommended them to someone else who also used them successfully. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The Best So Far
Brilliant!
We can quite honestly say, of all the previous 8 house moves we we’ve done, Loran Newham @ Kenny Solicitors has been the best conveyance solicitor we’ve ever had. We can’t thank her enough for the way she carried out both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new one. She was always ahead of the game as we were waiting for all the other people to catch-up.

Great Service, Friendly Team

Fantastic service
Lorna and her team were absolutely amazing during our time of purchasing a property.
They kept us updated on every step of the process. Quick responses to emails and if Lorna wasn’t available her PA kept us informed.

Sale of property in Cosham
Lorna was very thorough and pragmatic concerning our house sale, knowing that once we had agreed with the buyers on the offer, that our intentions were for the process to be as fast as possible. We received a very high standard of service where the engagements with the other solicitor's queries and requests were managed and handled both effectively and to the benefit of a trouble free exchange. This is what we were after in a conveyancer and we were very pleased to have found a professional who exceeded our expectations.
