Kenny's Solicitors - a breath of fresh air...
First class attentive personal service in dealing with my late Mothers Estate - Probate & Conveyancing.
Communication is everything and they do just that with no "Ivory Towers".
I strongly recommend Kenny's to get the job done.

Application for a Grant of Probate
Following an initial meeting with Emma Grundy, she and her assistant commenced the process of acquiring a Grant of Probate for my mother's estate. The process itself was fully explained at the initial meeting, advice provided relating to the various searches that it was advisable to undertake and the likely timescales involved. Emma also detailed her fees and her working hours although on a number of occasions updates and responses to enquiries were provided outside normal working hours. The whole process was seamless and completed to my entire satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend Kenny Solicitors to friends and family in the future.

Wills and power of attorney
Fantastic support and guidance from Emma. We originally wanted to re-create wills as we thought the originals had been lost. But, supported by Emma our original wills were located. This clearly demonstrated Emma's desire to drive the best outcome for the customer.
Emma also supported with registering lasting power of attorneys with clear guidance to ensure all of the decisions and implications were clearly understood.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Professional & supportive at such a difficult time...
Emma and her team were wonderful! At such a difficult and emotional time Emma was professional, efficient and supportive. Guiding me through all the legalities and formalities of probate, I felt consistently comforted knowing that I was in such good hands. Unusual Probate Application
During the process of selling a house it was necessary to apply for probate, something that should have been done several decades earlier. This unexpected hold-up was a cause of stress and threatened the sale chain, especially since it came against a background of very long Covid delays in the court system. Emma Grundy immediately understood the situation, and took the care to research the best way to apply so as to ensure we were giving all necessary information and thus avoiding any unnecessary further delays (owing to its age this application couldn’t be done as would be usual today) . Her approach was open and patient throughout the process and it is due in no small part to her persistence (in preparation and in chasing) that she got the result we needed. Her communication was excellent which made her a pleasure for us to deal with, but it was also vital as I think it helped our sale chain retain the faith that we would all 'get there'. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had Emma on our side and unhesitatingly recommend her professional service.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellence
In the last twelve months, Kenny Solicitors have acted on my behalf for a house move, and in making a will.
