Extremely professional service from Kirsten Philp from Morgans in Dunfermline. Kept informed throughout the process of both selling and buying respectively. Costs were made prior to engaging with Morgans and no hidden costs or fees. Clear guidelines were set along with guidance along the way, when and as required. Excellent communication throughout in particular as there was a chain involved in the selling process. Kirsten ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. Going forward I would not hesitate to use her services further.

Hi Jason, This is amazing news thank you so so much, you have been brilliant on every matter of doing my renewal, you are a true professional I will recommend your service to others, all the best and have a great weekend.

I simply can't praise Jo, our conveyancer, enough. Throughout a, very long, house purchase she was always contactable and always took the time to explain what was happening. We were always kept in the loop as she chased our sellers and their solicitors for information. We will definitely be using Tees for our next house purchase.

In helping me to buy my first property (which of course I was initially nervous about), they have worked wonders and kept me updated every step of the way. Amy in particular has been very helpful and informative, and answered any queries I had thoroughly. I'm very grateful to her, for all her hard work. Thankyou. Keep up the good work

I cannot recommend T G Bains Solicitors highly enough and due to their professionalism i have always used their services. for many years. Solicitor Megan Hawkey who I have dealt with is extremely professional, thorough with a warm and friendly personality makes the customer experience effortless and stress free. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and her communication skills are second to none and is a credit to the company. I would not consider going anywhere else as a result. If you are looking for a company that gives Professional First Class Service, clear advice, honesty and great communication then look no further.

Sarah made our conveyancing experience completely stress-free. She explained every step clearly, paid close attention to every detail, and ensured the whole process ran smoothly. We felt fully supported from start to finish and would highly recommend Sarah for her professionalism, expertise, and approachable nature. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process so straightforward and reassuring.

Using Downs, for both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new one, turned out very well. Liz Rose (Associate) and Bronwyn Olivier (Dept Assistant) were particularly excellent. Noticeably efficient and pleasant they helped me throughout the process, kept me informed and foresaw issues before they became problems. Full marks !
