From first contact to our visit on Monday it has been a very informative process conducted in our own home which is such a blessing. My husbands health not allowing him much outside contact so home visits are great. Your representative was clear and professional and explained things calmly and clearly for us to understand completely making it a very relaxed appointment.

EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE.

We were so impressed with the friendly professional service that we received from Simpsons solicitors during the planning and preparation of our trust wills. Nothing was too much trouble and all of our many questions were answered with confidence and clearly a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
We were very happy with the outcome and felt totally reassured and relieved that at long last we had actually accomplished something that we had been delaying for many years.

We visited Right legal to confirm our wills and to gain information regarding how to arrange for our house to be held in trust, particularly against potential care home fees in the future.

Making it easy

Chloe Marsland from Simpson’s solicitors paid us a home visit to discuss updating our historic wills . Chloe was a first class professional, of pleasing and reassuring disposition, who was able to communicate very simple our options, suggesting improvements that could secure and make our future less worrisome in the event of death. We were very impressed and felt the visit was very worthwhile, and asked her to draw up the wills as suggested, which she did. We were sent the drafts to approve or alter which we did. Chloe then arranged to visit our home for the signing as we had difficulty getting to the office. We have now received copies of the wills. The only minor adverse comment was the time taken between the first visit and the wills being drafted.

We dealt with a lady called Nicole who sorted out our probate application she was polite and very efficient and on the ball and once all the paperwork was gathered which was a little time consuming it only took 2 weeks to get the application passed definitely recommend her services well done Nicole many thanks for your help 5 star s⭐
