I would not recommend Simpsons solicitors in nailsea .
I came in to get my will done in 2024 before I go in for a major operation later this year. They happily took my money but I never heard back from them to say they had received the additional information they requested or that my will was ready to be signed. I called several times asking for an update but was never called back. I then went in several times to the office in Nailsea to ask for a refund due to the lack for professionalism and communication with its clients. I was fobbed off and said this would be done. I received nothing and no communication again. I went into the Nailsea office again & was then informed that the finance department is dealing with this & I should receive the refund within 28 days of my request. I have not received any refund. I do not believe a word they say and I don't believe they are going to give me my money back. I am now having to sort out my own will because I still don't have a will. I don't think I will trust any solitors again

Visited Charlie at Simpson Solicitors in order to get my Will into place.
He was brilliant from start to finish. He was very understanding to my situation, he communicated very clearly & made the whole process much less daunting than I imagined it would have been.
Very glad it’s all in place now & the process was very simple. Would highly recommend a visit to Charlie or any of the team at Simpson Solicitors.
