Both home visits by Chloe Marsland were conducted in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. Every aspect of the wills process and powers of attorney were explained in an easy and understandable way. We were very happy with the services.

Dreadful experience dealing with my mother's probate and estate. Couldn't have been a simpler will (single beneficiary, two bank accounts, 1 house). Right Legal regularly took several weeks and repeated reminders to reply to any email sent - I have such a long list of complaints from dealing with them.
Took nearly a year to deal with this.
On top of that, even their complaints department are dreadful. Over promising and underdelivering on a grand scale. Unfortunately, as this was during the tail end of covid, They made sure a difficult period for me, mentally, was made even worse by their lack of professionalism.
