Took a long time but delays were the fault of the buyers solicitor Eaton smith kept us informed along the way

I needed to sell a rental property that had a long standing tenant living in it. Clarkes were recommended by my managing agent, and they were excellent and prompt from the outset. Starting with an introduction and explanation of the procedure we should take and a full cost breakdown. The entire process went very smoothly.

Selling or buying property is always said to be life’s most stressful experience besides being a Tottenham fan but this was completely the opposite! The whole experience from start to finish was flawless and went like clockwork and we couldn’t recommend the company and in particular Victoria Hand who dealt with us personally. The next time we are buying or selling we will go straight to Victoria-fabulous!

Our buyer was using Lisa Oram at Emerald Law, who with her assistant Minhal gave absolutely top tier service, progressing the sale proactively and with brilliant communication. Thanks so much, Lisa and Minhal!

Seamless experience from start to finish. All staff are helpful and everything dealt with promptly, keeping us informed all the way. Rachael is very approachable and made things easy for us to understand. Would have no hesitation using Fiona Bruce Solicitors again.

From start to finish, Hawley & Rogers went over and above to support us with the sale of our property. What is usally a very stressful task was made very easy and without fuss. Thank you to everyone for everything :-)
