Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of. If only all solicitors were like this – a real credit to the firm, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and BAMc.

I engaged the services of Calthrops regarding the sale of my former property. I received excellent service throughout by Somara Donger. I would not hesitate to recommend her, thank you!

I used John Smart at Richard Griffiths for the probate and sorting out of my Aunt’s Will. He was professional and helped us to sort out a tricky situation. I found him professional but not distant, easy to communicate with and available when I needed questions answered. I also used Georgianna and team for the conveyancing of the property I was selling. They were efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Again it was always possible to get hold of someone to answer questions and report on progress. I highly recommend the firm. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.

I had a recommendation to use BW Solicitor to selling my flat and I’m really pleased with the service what I got. Bilal been always available for any questions, very professional, updated us during the process and do his best to make transition smooth. He is reliable and offers his service for a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Emma Marchant, assisted by Lisa, provided an outstanding service at every stage of our sale and purchase. At the top of their game and strongly recommended.

We recently used Everys Solicitors for our property purchase, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and friendly, making what could have been a stressful process much smoother. Charlotte Pickford, in particular, was highly recommended to us and lived up to that recommendation—always prompt, knowledgeable, and approachable. We also appreciated the support from Ella, who handled our correspondence efficiently and courteously. As first-time buyers, we felt supported throughout and would not hesitate to recommend Everys Solicitors to others.

Karen was very prompt and friendly in her dealings with me in relation to the conveyancing of my mums property. I would use again and would recommend to family and friends. Many thanks Karen.
