Elliot is a brilliant lawyer. He came recommended to me by another customer and he did not disappoint.
He had a challenging start as he had to read-in on an already developed case. This did not deter or hamper him though. Immediately he was able to find the legal merits and risks, but more importantly, he was able to give sage advice on the risks/ rewards to legal action.
Ultimately, and through his actions, we reached a positive solution in a timely manner.

It is with great pleasure, and a large dollop of gratitude, that I write this review of Messrs Branch Austin, a law firm that is packed with talented and empathetic professionals.
I am disallowed on reviewing the circus parading as a law firm which acted, but didnât act, for a company I was previously a director of, and then, in a conflict of interest, sided with what became 50% of the board of directors and the belligerents in this sorry tale of a group of family businesses and Board rooms gone terribly wrong.
Nevertheless, upon their taking up our cause, Messrs Branch Austin - with dream team Hal and Harender Branch at the front line - after 18 months of the Covid crisis affecting previous solicitorsâ performance via burn out or indeed, most unfortunately, illness, renewed my faith not only in the competency of those involved in this tricky section of company law, but also in humanity.
What the belligerents and the previous law firm did to almost erode my faith entirely in lawyers, accountants and people over the nearly two years of bitter dispute, was within 3 months restored by Hal and Harender and their team, with wary experience now the only difference between now and those naĂŻve concepts that were manifest pre-Covid.
What had been so sorely missing under the Circus Masters (and Mistresses) of the previous shower, along with their inability to run a bath, was now all too clear and as abundant the produce farmed in Mpumalanga, Mzanziâs fruit basket of the East: competency; honesty; integrity; passion; empathy; courtesy; professionalism; comprehension; wisdom; knowledge; expertise; SAVOIR FAIRE.
What can I say? Branch Austin were Olympic Gold. And the others? Why, they were the pits, man. Truly.

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte Cato and Jayesh Jethwa to apply for the Unmarried Partner Visa. I've known Jayesh for a while and he spoke highly of Charlotte's quality work as we mainly dealt with her throughout the process.
Jayesh couldn't have been more accurate. Charlotte was incredibly curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we went through the process. She was quick to answer any and all emails or enquiries we had and made the entire application process so much less anxiety-inducing.
Specifically, Charlotte assisted us by listing all of the neccesary documentary evidence, walking us through the application procedure from start to finish, working with us to make sure everything we submitted was appropriately presented, and guiding us through setting appointments as well as every other administrative detail involved.
The service was absolutely exemplary and I am 100% going to be working with Branch Austin for any and all future immigration-related endeavours.
