Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I recently purchased our first home - very much like rabbits caught in headlights with very little knowledge of the conveyancing process. Our purchase was somewhat more complex, made difficult by some mortgage issues, than we had initially hoped. Despite the absolute headache, Mark, Sam, Stevie-Jean and the rest of the team were always on tap to reassure us and answer any questions. Nothing was too much fuss and there was always someone on the end of the phone. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough, they are incredible efficient, effective and diligent. We wouldn’t think twice to employ their services again. Thank you David Barney and Co for making our first home purchasing experience a positive one! Oh and we completed at 9AM! Their finance department are on it!

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.
