Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Took far too long to a point where I lost my mortgage offer and I had to pay a further 1% with a further a lot of the correspondence were sent to my old email and I had to remind several times till it was sent to the correct email I had to rely on the mortgage broker for the information
