Law firms ranked by client reviews
This area covers buying newly built homes, including plots in housing developments, off‑plan purchases, and completions under build contracts. A solicitor helps by reviewing the contract of sale, checking the developer’s warranties and fixtures, guiding deposit protections, and coordinating with lenders, surveyors, and the mortgage offer. They also handle deeds, land registry entry, and post‑completion registrations, and liaise with the builder and warranty providers on snagging and defects. The work is shaped by contract terms, planning permissions, and building regulations.
