We have used Leona several times over the years for conveyancing and to draw up contracts. When we first met her several years ago, she was a trainee whose talent, work ethic and attention to detail was remarkable. We recently had a house to sell so we tracked Leona down to secure her amazing services for conveyancing. As always, she did not disappoint and the process was smooth and efficient. Leona is a very impressive legal professional but aside from her tremendous skill and knowledge, it's her warm personality and friendly manner that makes her such a pleasure to work with. We are not surprised that she recently won 'Lawyer of the Year' - very well deserved in our view.

Hay & Kilner have a reputation for being great and they were exactly that. Because of the way they are a large and well established firm, there were never any disruptions to the process of sorting our house sale or new purchase. The whole process was, in fact, extremely fast. The Hay & Kilner team kept us informed every step of the way and they were thoughtful and quick in doing so. It would would absolutely be fair to describe them as meeting or even exceeding the gold standard for conveyancing solicitors. The next time we need to sell or buy a property, we’ll return to Hay & Kilner.

I have worked with Lindsey and the team on several occasions, both for conveyancing advice and in relation to preparing a last will & testament. Hugely impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. I always felt that I was in excellent hands and that Lindsey acted in my best interests. Moving home and considering future assets can be stressful but the team really took all the anxiety out of the process and ensured I was always clear about the process. Skilled, knowledgeable and highly recommended team. Thank you!
