Emma Provided 106 provisions for our selves as requested by a particul difficult and somewhat contraditiry local authority in Berkshire near reading. How they can make a simple process last for months following there own polices mainly self defeating. Emma work with us to complete this despite the best endeavors of the authority. Completed in the end. But months instead of weeks Fortunately she had the stamina to endure this and our patience to comply.

Not a smooth process as potential purchasers changed the payment process (added in a second person offering funding) not far off completion date and then requested an earlier completion date which was inconvenient for us.
