We have dealt with Barker Gotelee on the sale of two properties to date plus the purchase of another two properties. We cannot speak highly enough of Nicola and Bridget, they are efficient, communicate in a timely manner and are always approachable. We felt that Nicola had our best interests at heart throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

I was able to leave the whole thing in the trusted hands of Kelli and she did not let me down. I will be passing her on to many of my friends and relatives.

Emma, was great! Very professional & friendly. Answered any queries we had & kept everything moving.

Excellent experience. Friendly, professional team. Dealt with my enquiry extremely efficiently. Highly recommend

Amy is wonderful to work with - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their support throughout the conveyancing on both our properties was stellar - from supporting our buyout on one, to selling the other (including full service provision from marketing through to sale).

Absolutely amazing experience with Charlotte. Really impressed with the efficiency throughout! From accepting the offer to completing was 80 days total, and Charlotte was great throughout. Kept me well informed and up to date.

I used John Smart at Richard Griffiths for the probate and sorting out of my Aunt’s Will. He was professional and helped us to sort out a tricky situation. I found him professional but not distant, easy to communicate with and available when I needed questions answered. I also used Georgianna and team for the conveyancing of the property I was selling. They were efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Again it was always possible to get hold of someone to answer questions and report on progress. I highly recommend the firm. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.
