Not a smooth process as potential purchasers changed the payment process (added in a second person offering funding) not far off completion date and then requested an earlier completion date which was inconvenient for us.

I just wanted to express on my behalf of my self and the Payne family how wonderful it was to have your company be our conveyancers for the sale of 15 holtom street. We particularly enjoyed working with you both and wanted to commend Izzy. From the start Izzy has been a joy to work with. Izzy is professional, efficient and knowledgeable and helped us through this process with ease. I understand she is a trainee and working with her didn't feel like this. We wish her all the best for the future and hope this helps her with her career progression. We will recommend yourselves to anyone we hear looking for a conveyancer in the future.

Mason did an excellent job preparing the legal documents for a Section 21 claim that turned into a long, drawn-out process due to the tenant. Throughout, he remained thorough, organised, and proactive, ensuring every document was accurate and submitted on time. His attention to detail and clear understanding of the legal requirements made a stressful situation much easier to manage. His communication was clear at every stage, and he was always quick to respond to queries. Mason also attended court with me, and having him there alongside the barrister was extremely beneficial in helping me understand what was happening on the day and what the next steps would be. Overall, Mason’s professionalism and commitment were outstanding, and his work significantly contributed to the successful outcome of this case. I would highly recommend his support to anyone dealing with a similar matter.

Have recently used Fisher Jones & Greenwod regarding a dispute on a rental property. The service provided by Billy was personal, efficient, concise, and very effective. Communication was clear and I felt updated at all times. A refreshing change from other solicitors I have used in the past and would not hesitate to use Billy again.

Can’t thank you guys enough you made our sale a stress free experience with all your help and support. It was a very efficient process and it has been very much appreciated 5 star service

fantastic service from these.. eleanor in particular has been outstanding. superfast service and very efficient.

Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.

Thank you it so help with bond turner team i appretiate about everthing thank you so much joshua very please obout the work .

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.
