I was recommended Alastair Harvey for my first home purchase in 2006 and Alastair and his fabulous PAs pushed it through in six weeks. Naturally Alastair was my first choice when trying to move to Cornwall. Although my sales and purchases did not proceed to completion on this occasion, Alastair's sound advice and attention to detail saved me from buying two houses with significant flaws that would have cost me dear had I proceeded. He also completed the conveyancing for a part-share scheme repayment in record time. Alastair responds quickly and efficiently and I received responses out of hours on several occasions. He is very eloquent in his communications and is a delight to talk to. I was encouraged by several estate agents to use their recommended conveyancers and each time I stated that I already had the best conveyancer in the business. As soon as I mentioned Alastairs name, they immediately agreed with me. The vendor's estate agents in Cornwall were also suitably impressed by his professionalism.
