Karen was very prompt and friendly in her dealings with me in relation to the conveyancing of my mums property. I would use again and would recommend to family and friends. Many thanks Karen.

Alastair Harvey is an excellent solicitor. Very efficient, approachable and kept us informed at every stage. Was very quick to respond to any query we had. We would highly recommend him.

We were looking for solicitors to sell our late mother's house and Clarkes were recommended by our estate agents. We wanted a Solicitor who was pragmatic, proactive and pain-free and that's exactly what we got from Emma (and Sandra). Even when the sale got more complicated due to missing deeds we were protected from what could have been a much more complicated process thanks to the efforts of this team. Thank you.

Very good service, speedy turnaround of paperwork and pleasant helpful attitude. Only slight downside was reliance on emails for communication when occasionally phone call would have been more helpful.

Our buyer was using Lisa Oram at Emerald Law, who with her assistant Minhal gave absolutely top tier service, progressing the sale proactively and with brilliant communication. Thanks so much, Lisa and Minhal!

I had a very good and professional service. Communication was excellent throughout, my case was handled very efficiently, and it was done to the very highest standards.
