Not a smooth process as potential purchasers changed the payment process (added in a second person offering funding) not far off completion date and then requested an earlier completion date which was inconvenient for us.

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way.
