I dealt with Hayley at the Bromsgrove branch of Bank solicitors and would certainly have no hesitation in using her again or recommending her to anyone else. I found her to be friendly and approachable, she was available to talk to for updates on progress and would return emails or phone calls promptly. Costs and processes involved in selling my house were clearly explained to me from the start, I am very grateful for her help.

Nicholls solicitors handled both the sale the purchase of my properties and both times their work was first class: timely, professional, flexible and made to suit my busy schedule, friendly, and down to earth where they explained things to me in everyday language so I could make informed decisions. I also liked that the same person handled my case which made it nicer when communicating with them. I would certainly be using them again and have already recommended them to a friend of mine. They made the sale of my property easier to deal with.

Jason helped me with the sale of my old family home. He knew exactly how to approach the situation. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I come out on the other side with the best results. Selling a joint house with your ex can be hard and stressful but Jason had my best interest at heart and made sure I received what I deserved. I will keep him on speed dial for my next legal matter. He is a very knowledgeable and a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him.

From start to finish an all round excellent service. Good communication and everything dealt with really quickly.

Tracey handled the conveyancing for my recent house sale, she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly to deal with. She handled all enquiries efficiently and the transaction went very smoothly. She explained the more technical aspects in plain language and her support team were outstanding. I highly recommend Tracey for your conveyancing needs. RW

Emma and the team were excellent throughout careful thorough and professional I would highly recommend.Thank you all.

I instructed Stephen Carew on the conveyancing for my house purchase. The matter became complicated and stressful we were entered into a contract race, which required everything to be done at breakneck speed, with no certainty of outcome. Stephen provided excellent advice and service throughout, whilst all the while remaining cool, calm and collected. Stephen worked tirelessly over the course of the week up to exchange, continuously liaising throughout each day to keep me informed of the progress. As a result we were ready for exchange within 4 days of being informed we were in a contract race (before the sellers themselves were ready!). We exchanged after the weekend and completed a week later. Despite prioritising this instruction, Stephen did not charge any additional fees on top of his original estimate. My family and I have instructed Stephen on a few occasions now. Every time, he delivers a first class, professional service, excellent practical advice, all at very reasonable rates. I have no hesitation recommending him and Meadows Ryan.

Cordelia was excellent and our experience with beyond was excellent with dealing with the sellers solicitors who did not appear to be professional at all. Even after exchanging we found the sellers had left a lot of junk at the house and Cordelia resolved the issue and found a solution the same day. I would definetely recomend her to anyone buying a house.

Jodie was a superb contact and representative of NLegal, through a very difficult and much of the time tense, slow and awkward chain, Jodie supported us with professionalism, employing and diligence and if we ever have to call on these type of services again, I would certainly recommend Jodie
