I called my solicitor in Ely, who wasn't able to offer this service at the time, and recommended Fraser Dawbarns to deal with my mortgage. I called and spoke to Carla Tirrell, who was understanding, and explained all of the costs and process so clearly and precise. The whole process was made simple, and explained fully at every step, in a very professional way throughout. Overall a totally satisfying process from start to finish.

I just wanted to express on my behalf of my self and the Payne family how wonderful it was to have your company be our conveyancers for the sale of 15 holtom street. We particularly enjoyed working with you both and wanted to commend Izzy. From the start Izzy has been a joy to work with. Izzy is professional, efficient and knowledgeable and helped us through this process with ease. I understand she is a trainee and working with her didn't feel like this. We wish her all the best for the future and hope this helps her with her career progression. We will recommend yourselves to anyone we hear looking for a conveyancer in the future.

A big thank you to Diane Latham and the whole team for their excellent help with my property refinance. The matter was quite time-sensitive, as the mortgage had moved onto a variable rate, so I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. Diane and the team were professional, responsive and kept the process moving without unnecessary delays. Their prompt support made a real difference and helped get the refinance completed as quickly as possible. I would happily recommend Diane and the team and would definitely use their services again.

5-Star Review for Solicitor I recently used Solicitor to handle the legal side of my mortgage process, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was efficient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Communication was clear and timely throughout — I always felt informed and confident that everything was progressing as it should. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, which gave me real peace of mind. Most importantly, they handled every aspect of the mortgage process with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring there were no delays or surprises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and competent solicitor for their property or mortgage needs.

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

From the word go, Omar and Denise have been unbelievably good at organising and arranging everything we needed, for purchasing our new home. When things started to go wrong with our buyers' mortgage work, they stepped up to the challenge (and it was a real challenge) to help us release the mortgage we had sitting in case of need, which required urgent amending to cover the additional funding, helping to turn this around in under a day. Omar, Denise, and their colleagues, went the extra mile to push everything through, including offering to take documents into Edinburgh to appropriate offices if needed, to ensure we were able to finalise our purchase and get us the keys to our new home by 16:30!! We cannot thank them all enough for all their hard work and determination to get us in to the house. We also cannot recommend them enough for their dedication and sheer dogged determination to push everything through.
