During the sale of our house, Faith was exceptionally efficient and had all of our paperwork ready in an impressively quick time. The chain below us was complex and took many months but Faith chased up everything that was needed and enabled us to complete the sale. We would completely recommend Faith for any property sales.

Went through Hewitts solicitors when I purchased my house and the service I received was first class especially Kate Scuter who when I rang with a query was more than helpful- nothing was a problem and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - I’ll be forever thankful

Excellent communication throughout the process. Awareness of the deadline. Clear instructions/help/advice in written communication.

We had the pleasure of working with Amphlett Lissimore Solicitors for the sale of our house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, Stephanie Bastien and her team were incredible. Our house sale was far from straightforward, but Stephanie was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist. She provided clear guidance every step of the way, ensuring we felt supported throughout the entire process. The team’s dedication and expertise truly set them apart. They were responsive, proactive, and consistently went above and beyond to handle our complex situation. Thanks to their hard work, we managed to navigate through all the challenges smoothly. If you're looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and personable solicitors, look no further than Amphlett Lissimore. Highly recommend their services!

Juanita and the team went above and beyond, providing excellent and clear advice, enabling the complicated sale of the property to happen on time. Thank you!

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

Our solicitor performed in a professional manner always displaying good legal knowledge and all issues were delt with in a timely manner. Their approach was extremely friendly and puts us at ease. They made the whole process painless whilst keeping us fully informed at all times. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for friendly, competent and professional legal advice or representation. We will definitely be using their services again should the need arise.

The previous solicitor I was using was never available to speak to. I was kept out of the loop as to how things were progressing and treated more like a number than a person. I was put in touch with Brown Turner Ross by a second party. Immediately the change was noticeable. I was regularly emailed with up dates, reassured, and given a peace of mind the previous company failed to do. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
