At first we had a solicitor that wasn't very responsive and had given false information regarding our deposit and hadnt been very responsive to the other solicitors in the chain. However Stephanie took over our case and everything was smooth and professional from this point. She was very responsive and me and my partner felt at ease regarding the house purchase once she has taken over. Lilac law in the end was a good choice however it seems to depend on if you get a good solicitor (like we did in the end).
