I used Andrew this year to assist me with a housing disrepair claim. From start to finish, he made the whole process completely stress free, i was constantly kept up to date with the progress, and thanks to his help we were successful. I would 100% reccommend Both Andrew and Bond turner

I would recommend Devonalds to anyone purchasing a house. Nicky and Libby were great throughout the entire process. We found their app easy to use, great for communication and updates.

Excellent service, and communication from start to finish, advised on fees and progress of our transaction I would highly recommend Janine and her team at WAS Bruce David & Julie Adamson

Throughout our process both Jaiker and Emma kept us informed and up to date via emails and calls. Great service and professional. Definitely hats off to them both on the actual day of our move, keeping us informed!! It’s our third time using Straw and Pearce Solicitors !!

We’ve used David Barney & Co 3 times now for house moves and they’ve been brilliant every single time. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. Special thanks to Lauren who was absolutely on the case throughout. She was responsive, reassuring, and made what can be a stressful process so much easier. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very convenient for our needs and handled well. However two weeks after completion, still awaiting final statement for our records.

We had Samantha as our solicitor for our house buying process along with Elisha and Georgia. They were all very informative throughout and helped us stay stress-free by keeping us constantly updated and explaining anything that we weren’t sure about. Every email we sent was responded to promptly and they always acted in our best interests. We would not hesitate to use them for any other house purchases in the future. Thank you so much to Samantha and the team for all your help!

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Ashtons Legal for their outstanding service and support throughout our house purchase. A special thank you to Andrew Skuse and Rachel Chilton, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their professionalism, expertise, communication, and dedication made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. They went above and beyond to help ensure everything was handled smoothly and, ultimately, made our house purchase possible. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Andrew, Rachel, and the team at Ashtons Legal to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and supportive legal team. Thank you once again for everything!

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

Having decided to sell my Buy to Let flat, I contacted over 25 solicitors around the country to try and find one I felt comfortable using. This was not an easy process, but eventually I chose Gepp, a company I'd not come across previously, as they seemed very professional, reasonably priced and had the bandwidth to deal with the matter. They also received excellent reviews on this site. Fortunately I am pleased to say that they met my expectations at every level. It was also a bonus that they were located relatively close to me, although I never had to visit their office. George Menon handled the sale of my flat, which was always going to be more complicated than normal as it was a BSA property and had a Ground Rent that exceeded £250pa, however everything proceeded without any serious delays or complications, and I felt that in George, the matter was always in good hands. The buyer's solicitor raised many queries throughout the process, however these were all dealt with as quickly as George could get the required information from the various parties. I never felt that any delays were due to the legal position on our side, and was always kept up to speed with where we were in the process. From instruction to completion took just over 3 months, which I think in the circumstances was perfectly reasonable. I will certainly use Gepp again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Melody supported me massively throughout my property purchase. As a first-time buyer, I was guided through every step of the process, and she ensured the purchase was truly worthwhile. I highly recommend her services. Thanks Melody!
