It has been an absolute pleasure to have had Daniel represent me in respect to a landlord issue. He has handled all legal matters in a way that means a very satisfactory outcome to my case. Even after some years, Daniel has still taken on the legal aspects of my case and has acted professionally and given exceptional legal advise. I can't thank Daniel enough in his assistance with this matter.

Poole Alcock have been great from start to finish, we have used them a couple of times previously and always use the same solicitors. They are very patient when the inevitable hick ups crop up, and make the process very simple. Always responding and keeping us well informed, it’s very reassuring from a consumers point of view. Special mention to Sophie, and James who we always choice to deal with.

This was our first experience of Tozers. We found them very professional and timely. Issues were brought up by other solicitors in dribs and drabs and dealt with straightaway. We were kept informed at every stage. They worked as a team and someone would always contact us.

The whole conveyancing process went smoothly and my solicitor was very patient explaining each stage in the procedure. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

This is the second time I have used Kalim at Elite Law for conveyancing . The first time was excellent service, very pro-active and professional. Therefore, the choice was simple to use him again. The service was just as good this time. Again he was pro-active, pushing to get completion in a very professional way.

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you

We have used Jill for for all of our house moves and we highly recommend her and the whole team. Everyone is friendly and helpful and made the whole process as easy as it can be over a very stressful time. We are always pleased with the service and the price and will always return if need to.
