Top 10 of 4,693 law firms for Restrictive Covenant, Housing & Property

We have used Mark and his team on a number of purchases & unfortunately for him, we love character, which brings planning issues, grade listed dramas & covenants that would make you question if it is all worth it! Thankfully Mark has managed to anticipate every issue before it became our extremely expensive problem. In today’s world where APP’s & Ai are becoming the norm, Mark and the David Barney team have proven having someone at the end of a phone is what really matters. We cannot thank them enough for helping us get our family home. We are now life long customers who will recommend David Barney to anyone who will listen!

Exceptional service. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and approachable. Would recommend and will use again.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

Kyrylo assisted me throughout a lengthy and complex set of negotiations relating to a property-related dispute. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and made the process clear and easy to follow at every stage. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and understanding, and took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that gave me the confidence to move forward. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
