Overall we had a good experience with Mark and the team, who acted for us as purchasers of a chain free apartment. We did feel that the initial security checks lasted longer than expected: 4 weeks from initial contact to searches being sent off and we were at times asked for information again that we already provided. However, we were impressed by the completeness of the surveys and Marian's guidance when they returned. As first time buyers, we appreciated the explanatory documents produced by David Barney that talked us through the stages of the process in clear language.
