We bought our dream cottage - Heringtons were easy to work with to get this completed. Then we sold our cottage 5 months later which completed in 8 weeks thanks to Heringtons efficiency and hard work. The whole team are helpful with a can do attitude.

We were fortunate enough to find Richard Whiteley at Taylor Emmett around 5 years ago. He managed to unpick a very complicated housing transaction and we have used him for three or four purchases / transfers since then. Richard is extremely talented, responsive, compassionate and efficient. Don't think of using anyone else!

Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

Absolutely brilliant service from Deepac and Petra! Couldn't have been more efficent and helpful. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Also completed the purchase far sooner than I'd expected. Would definately recommend. Many thanks.

Melody supported me massively throughout my property purchase. As a first-time buyer, I was guided through every step of the process, and she ensured the purchase was truly worthwhile. I highly recommend her services. Thanks Melody!

As a first time buyer, this was all new to me. Mohammed made the process so smooth and easy. The searches came back really quick and I completed in a month. He kept me updated every step of the way. I was able to reach him whenever I had any questions or worries. Very professional and fantastic service! I would highly recommend to everyone to use this firm.
