Kyrylo assisted me throughout a lengthy and complex set of negotiations relating to a property-related dispute. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and made the process clear and easy to follow at every stage. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and understanding, and took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that gave me the confidence to move forward. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had used Kavitha for a prior house sale and purchase and recently did so again. She did not let us down. Kavitha’s experience and expertise made sure we addressed all aspects of the process thoroughly and timely. She pushed the whole chain forward, working tirelessly to obtain frequent updates and kept us informed and reassured throughout. I would 100% recommend Kavitha and her expert, professional team.

I dealt with Brachers on behalf of my sister in selling her home, following her admission to a care home. It was an absolute privilege to be looked after by Karen who guided me through a frustrating sales experience and I was grateful for her guidance and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed excellent and friendly service at every stage.

Thoroughly recommend michelle. Competent, professional and very approachable. Always returns calls when necessary and available when needed.

As we were looking at moving house and relocating over 100 miles away we were introduced to Blackfriars law. From the beginning to the end we can honestly say the customer service was absolutely outstanding. We were so pleased with the service that we had received. They went above and beyond our expectations and made our journey a lot less stressful. BIG thanks to Aslam Khattak. He was so helpful and informative nothing was too much trouble. Moving house is stressful enough but Aslam made our move without any issues at all. Aslam dealt with our selling & buying and considering we were moving so far away he made it so easy it was just like we were moving to a local destination. Another BIG thanks to Asfandyar Mahmood for helping with our searches on our new purchase, he ensured everything was dealt with efficiently . All the reception staff were polite & courteous & kept us both informed of our progress & passed on our messages swiftly to Aslam. If you are looking to move house (and NOT have the stress of it all) or need a solicitor for other matters that puts "their client 1st " we 100% recommend "Blackfriars Law" Thank you "Blackfriars Law" YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST !!!!!

Very professional team with fantastic knowledge of the house move, always in constant communication which made our house move and sale a smooth transaction.

This was the 3rd attempt at purchase, in all cases very happy with the service. Appreciated for example highlighting access issue and excellent explanation of implications and possible mitigation and associated costs. The detail, keeping me informed and the professional/friendly approach is all much appreciated.
