“From the word go, Omar and Denise have been unbelievably good at organising and arranging everything we needed, for purchasing our new home. When things started to go wrong with our buyers' mortgage work, they stepped up to the challenge (and it was a real challenge) to help us release the mortgage we had sitting in case of need, which required urgent amending to cover the additional funding, helping to turn this around in under a day. Omar, Denise, and their colleagues, went the extra mile to push everything through, including offering to take documents into Edinburgh to appropriate offices if needed, to ensure we were able to finalise our purchase and get us the keys to our new home by 16:30!! We cannot thank them all enough for all their hard work and determination to get us in to the house. We also cannot recommend them enough for their dedication and sheer dogged determination to push everything through.”
