Using Downs, for both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new one, turned out very well. Liz Rose (Associate) and Bronwyn Olivier (Dept Assistant) were particularly excellent. Noticeably efficient and pleasant they helped me throughout the process, kept me informed and foresaw issues before they became problems. Full marks !

Megan was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble when we phoned for help or general progression of the sale, highly recommend.
