I found Gardner Leader to be the best solicitor's I have ever used for conveyancing. Their communication was great, and their actions were timely. The costs were slightly more expensive than others but worth paying for the superior quality of service.

Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team.
