I would like to praise Aisling Dwyer in property. Aisling was polite and and very understanding in the sale of my property which at times was very difficult and frustrating for both of us. Aisling also handled my purchase.

The sale of my mother's property (she is in a care home, and I am her attorney) was handled smoothly by BHP Law. Friendly and professional communication throughout, with prompt, clear responses to our questions - especially from Tracey Steele.

fantastic service from these.. eleanor in particular has been outstanding. superfast service and very efficient.

I went with HSR Law for both the sale and purchase of properties after glowing reviews on Trustpilot. Alison Teasdale and her team looked after both, and I can't praise them all enough for their utter professionalism in what turned out to be a tough journey. I was kept informed throughout the process and advised on my options. Alison was quick to reply to emails and answer calls. Along with her team, she managed to push the completion through before the 1st of April saving us £2500 of stamp duty.

My partner and I had a brilliant experience with the Gardner Leader conveyancing team in purchasing our first property. We were advised to use the service by a family member who knows GL well. Cate and Jo were a constant point of calm and clarity in turbulent times of purchasing our first property prior to the stamp duty changes. They were quick to respond to all queries and I would highly recommend the services!

We recently used Hegartys to purchase our new family home in Stamford and Andrews service was second to none. So impressed with his ease of contact, his professional approach and his determination to get the house pushed through before the stamp duty increase - Thanks Andrew!

Thank you it so help with bond turner team i appretiate about everthing thank you so much joshua very please obout the work .

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with service. Whole process went smoothly and in good time. Was quoted total cost and there was no hidden charges. Would use Hansells again and I would highly recommend them.

I used Neema for the purchase of my home. She was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the process.

I was asked frequently by friends & family “how’s the house move going” over the previous few months. I think my reply to everyone was “it’s progressing slowly but I’m so impressed with my solicitors”. I’ve heard some nightmare stories about firms taking weeks to reply and having to chase for updates but with David Barney & Co. it was actually them doing all the chasing off their own back! We had a deadline of March 31st to complete (due to the stamp duty changes coming into effect in April) which we set at the start when we had an offer accepted on a property in early November. Here I am on March 26th, writing this review having moved in 2 weeks ago! I found Beverly, Mark, Sam & Stevie-Jean all extremely personable, approachable, polite and knowledgable and I’ve already reccomended David Barney & Co. to a family friend who is in the process of moving. There were a few minor hiccups along the way (mainly caused by our buyers) but they were all resolved extremely quickly. I don’t think I had to wait longer than an hour for a response to any of the questions/emails that I sent and in one instance, Mark & Beverly were replying to me at 8pm on a Friday evening!! I was expecting the moving day itself to be extremely stressful and for there to be a lot of waiting around but I received a call from Sam at 10am that morning saying the money had all gone through. Their communication and efficiency was second to none and I can’t thank the whole team enough!

Georgina guided me through the purchase of my first home with incredible patience and support. As a first time buyer, I was quite nervous about the process and Georgina fielded all of my questions and offered lots of reassurance and regular communication throughout. As we were rushing for the stamp duty deadline, Georgina worked with real pace and clarity to get us across the finish line in time, which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend Georgina to friends and family and I’m incredibly grateful for her help with purchasing my first home, despite the property being down in London.
